Refund and Cancellation Policy


Certain aspects of the service may be provided for a fee or other charges. If you elect to use paid aspects of the service, you agree to the terms of sale, pricing, payment and billing policies applicable to such fees and charges. Super Gym may add new services for additional fees and charges, or amend the same for existing services, at any time in its sole discretion.

You may cancel your personal training or diet counseling at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellation. In the event that Super Gym suspends or terminates your account, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused time on a subscription, any license or subscription fees for any portion of the service, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else.

It is the customer’s responsibility to promptly provide the company with any contact or billing information changes or updates (including phone number, email address, credit card numbers, etc.). Super Gym does not validate all credit card information required by the customer’s payment provider to secure payment.

In the event of any billing problems or discrepancies thus encountered, the customer ought to notify Super Gym within 30 days.

Results of personal trainer sessions are dependent on number of suggested classes in a month (at least 12) along with the trainer’s advice on non-personal trainer sessions and adherence to the diet plan provided by Super Gym’s nutritionist. We assure you, with the right lifestyle and workout regime, anyone can get good results.

  1. At Super Gym, we have a clear ‘No Refund Policy’. Once fitness centre membership is purchased online on our platform or by walking in, there will be no refund. Thus, the buyer is advised to make an informed decision while making a purchase on our platform.
  2. Membership once purchased is transferable but chargeable.
  3. Please note that Super Gym’s decision on any refund & cancellation policy shall be final & binding.
